Outstanding Customer Service! Fred and Ariel are amazing. They are kind and very friendly. Their customer service is impeccable. I am not very educated in car engines and all of that but they took the time to explain what is going on with my car and what is needed. The rest of the team are very knowledgeable and you can tell they are very dedicated to their jobs. I have referred everyone I know to this location. They truly care about their customers.

The team at Doral Auto Care are beyond amazing. They go far above their job duties to deliver exceptional customer service and genuinely excellent service! This last trip sealed me as a forever customer. I was running late after work to pick up my car and had called to ask if they could just give me an additional 15 mins to get there. Well, 45mins later (because of traffic) ANGEL was still there waiting for me. He was polite and understanding. Not an annoyed bone in his body. I was/am so grateful to ANGEL and the entire team at this establishment. Taking your vehicle to them for service will NEVER leave you disappointed.

The guys that work at this place are very competent, professional, and genuinely nice guys. They know exactly what is going on with your vehicle and explain it to you in layman’s terms so there is no confusion. I trust them 100% and would recommend them to anyone.
