I wouldn't recommend this workshop to anyone. Recently, I had to take my car to repair the air conditioning and fix a tire that was losing air. Unfortunately, both times the workshop did a poor job. On both occasions, they charged me an excessive amount of money and didn't solve the problem. Finally, I had to take my car to another workshop to fix what the previous workshop had done wrong. This situation caused me a lot of stress, time, and money. It's regrettable that this workshop doesn't take the time to do quality work and respect their customers' time and money. Not only was the work done by this workshop extremely deficient, but they also made me feel very bad. They seemed not to care about my situation. They made it clear that for them, the most important thing was to get my money, regardless of the quality of service they were providing. This is the second time I use this shop. I'm always pretty hesitant to take my car anywhere new, but this place came recommend by my mother in law. So far I've had a good experience here. It's an honest shop which is often hard to find. I came in with brake lights that wouldn't turn off and issues with engine power. It turns out the brake light issue was causing the engine computer to throttle power. Most shops who have tried to sell me sort sort cleaning service or part replacement (decarbonization, throttle body cleaning, fuel injectors, O2 sensor, etc). After diagnosing the issue they even waived the diagnostic fee. Icing on the cake is that I ended up calling after the shop closed. After calling the shop they even waited for me to come in and pick it up. Rick took care of me. I'll be back.
