Superior customer care, in addition to abundant knowledge of mechanics. Only 4 stars, due to pricey costs of repairs.

I brought the car in for an oil change, it went well. I asked for them to take a look to see where power steering fluid might be leaking, I just replaced the pump. They stated the rack and pinion was bad and needed to be replaced. Along with the other services, the total would be 1700$. I took the car to another shop and they repaired a return hose for 125$

Hi K.L. We are really sorry you had that experience. Having looked at our store's records, we were unable to find any recommendations for a rack and pinion that was not replaced in the last 2 months. Is it possible that this occurred at a different auto repair shop? Either way give us a call so we can look into this matter and help. Thank you. - Fred

After spending well above 2k with them, the vehicle would still shut off at idle and they forgot to fix things that were already paid. Brought the truck back to their shop to be now explained that it needed a carburetor replaced or rebuild, only problem with that is the vehicle is fuel injected lol lol lol, needless to say I ran out of there. Please be careful with this place!!

Hey Rick. It appears you may have misunderstood our technician's explanation. Your truck has a very early fuel injected system that appears like a carburetor and can be rebuilt like one. The $2000 you spent on the truck repaired the following: window motor on passenger side, the shift indicator cable, the blower motor and resistor, cleaned the engine and repaired an oil leak to the valve cover gasket and oil pan, r12 to r134 conversion for a/c system, an oil change, and rewired the badly wired a/c compressor. Upon reviewing the initial document created when your vehicle was received, there is no mention of your desire to repair an engine misfire. We would gladly help you with this situation but we advised you to use up the gas in the truck and get some fresh gas because the misfire might be a case of old, bad gas. We could drop the fuel tank and clean it out for you but due to the nature of the misfire we thought it best to save you the money. If you reconsider, feel free to give me a call at the store. - Fred
