I'm pleased to say I have been with Doral Auto Care for eleven years. During that time I received excellent service on my car. The staff is always helpful, true to their promises and extremely professional. In this day and age, trust is very important and they have mine. Edgar is my "go-to" mechanic and if he says I need a new one...I get a new one. I trust his judgement and integrity. I just met Angel today, what a pleasant young man. I recommend this center without hesitation.

Living so close by I always come to Doral Auto care and they are always very professional and kind and they always tell you the truth about what your cars need. My grandfather and dad come here as well and we definitely trust them! Angel explains to you exactly what your car needs and what would be done with your car. 10/10 professionalism and would definitely recommend!

Came in after a bad experience at the dealership and Angel was very honest and professional. Was shown proof of my battery needing to be changed and pictures of the nail in my tire that I wasn’t aware of. Very upfront with everything, didn’t feel like I was getting sold on any additional services I didn’t need. Was told service would take about 45 minutes and that was pretty much spot on. Will coming back for anything my vehicle needs in the future.

I have been getting my oil change at this location for several years. They are reliable, honest and professional. This past week I was advised of an issue with my battery, was left stranded a couple blocks away and one of their reps came and helped me return the car back to the shop. They stored my car over the holiday and fixed the problem immediately the day after. I am very happy with their service and once again satisfied with the work and would not trust any other place with my BMW so much I drove all the way from South homestead.
