I wrote a review on August 11 and gave them 1 star based on what I thought was handled wrong. Since then I was contacted by the manager Fred, and we had a nice long conversation about this. He was polite and friendly. He explained me his point of view and also about some of the intricacies of the AC system mainly the compressor, and I explained him my point of view. We did not 100% agree, but Mister Fred did as much as he possibly could to close the gap between what I thought should be done and what his thoughts about this matter were. And I appreciate that. I took my car back to the garage and he checked it himself, fixed the problem and checked it afterwards again. It was a good experience. At all other times in the past my dealings with this garage have been good as well, hence I have changed my initial 1 star rating back to a 5 star rating, and I whole heartedly recommend this garage to all.
